Refund and Returns Policy

 

1. Digital Products & Online Courses (Including Live Zoom Classes)

Refund Policy – Digital Products

  • All digital products, including online courses, live Zoom classes, recordings, and downloadable materials, are non-refundable.

  • Once payment is completed and access is provided, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be allowed.

  • This applies even if the course is not attended, partially attended, or missed due to personal reasons.

Course Access

  • After successful purchase, course access details (such as Zoom meeting link, ID, and password) will be shared.

  • Course access is non-transferable and valid only for the registered user.

Technical Issues

  • In case of verified technical issues from our side (such as class cancellation without rescheduling), we will provide an alternative solution such as rescheduling or access to recordings, at our discretion.

  • Refunds for digital products are not guaranteed and will be considered only in exceptional cases.


2. Physical Products (Materials, Kits, or Merchandise)

Return Policy – Physical Products

  • We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

  • Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged items due to customer handling

  • Products returned without original packaging

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Items reported after the return window


3. Refund Policy – Physical Products

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
